Could BAUT assist in page patrol at Wikipedia?

D. physicists and mathematicians seem to have quit Wikipedia, and with WikiProject Pseudoscience extinct and WikiProject Physics endangered, there are not a million eyes but more like two or three, and it’s not enough.
